Nadya “Octomom” Suleman’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing has been thrown out of court by a judge after Suleman failed to file the necessary paperwork, the Washington Post reports. Suleman failed to provide the current paperwork to prove she owes more than $1 million.

Bankruptcy court notified the mother of 14 on Monday that she needed at least a dozen more documents to prove her debts, and threw out the case the next day after she filed to file the paperwork.

Now that her bankruptcy filing is no more, that means that creditors can start collecting the money they’re owed, and the foreclosure on Suleman’s La Habra, California home can now go into effect.
