The Joseph-Beth Booksellers, a Florida-based company, has announced that they will be able to exit their bankruptcy protection by this April.

As a part of the bankruptcy process, the company will be up for sale at an auction. The deadline for the bid on the business is April 19.

The company has a total of nine stores and four of them will be closing and will only leave stores open in Florida, Memphis and Lexington and one store in Cleveland.
